Real Madrid continued their impressive opening to the 2026/27 LaLiga campaign with a convincing 4–0 victory over Málaga at the Santiago Bernabéu on Sunday.

The result gives José Mourinho’s side a third consecutive league victory, keeping them perfect after three matches and further strengthening their early-season momentum.

Jude Bellingham opened the scoring in the 19th minute after making the most of an attacking opportunity to put Madrid in front. The England international was heavily involved again moments later as Real Madrid doubled their advantage in the 26th minute, with Málaga goalkeeper Alfonso Herrero credited with an own goal.

Kylian Mbappé then added a third before the half-hour mark. The French forward finished clinically after Trent Alexander-Arnold delivered the ball into the danger area, leaving Málaga with a mountain to climb before half-time.

Málaga attempted to respond after the break, but Real Madrid remained in control and managed the game effectively. The visitors struggled to create enough clear opportunities against a Madrid side that combined pressure, possession and quick attacking transitions.

The hosts eventually completed the rout in stoppage time when Arda Güler found the net after combining with Vinícius Júnior, sealing a 4–0 victory in front of the Bernabéu crowd.
