Maria Kanyanga Wins Junior 21.1km Category at Bachmus Marathon
Maria Kanyanga claimed victory in the Junior 21.1km Half Marathon at the Bachmus Marathon, finishing in a time of 1 hour and 19 seconds.

Despite arriving at the starting point just three minutes before the race began, Kanyanga quickly caught up with the leading group and continued to push until she crossed the finish line first in the Junior category.
She also finished 4th overall among the women.
The Bachmus Marathon is held from Swakopmund to Walvis Bay, with participants competing in the 42.2km marathon, 21.1km half marathon, 10km and 5km races.
