Barcelona Tables Offer for Rodri as Talks Intensify

Barcelona have stepped up their efforts to sign Rodri, with negotiations continuing between the Catalan club and Manchester City over a potential transfer.
The Spanish giants have reportedly submitted a new verbal proposal worth €60 million plus add-ons, while Manchester City are holding firm on their €80 million valuation of the midfielder.
Despite the gap between the two clubs, Barcelona and Rodri’s representatives remain confident that an agreement can be reached. Performance-related and other add-ons are expected to play an important role in helping the two sides bridge the difference in their valuations.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid have withdrawn from the race, with reports indicating that Rodri’s preference is to join Barcelona should he leave Manchester City.
Talks are expected to continue as Barcelona look to find a compromise with City and complete a deal for the Spain international.
