Ngaruka joins Platinum FC after successful transfer deal

Former African Stars FC defender Vitapi Ngaruka has officially completed a move to Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League side Platinum FC.
The 29-year-old centre-back has signed for a reported fee of around $25,000 following his successful trial period in Zimbabwe, where he impressed during his assessment.
His former club, African Stars FC, had earlier confirmed interest from abroad, and the transfer has now been finalised after negotiations between the two clubs.
Ngaruka joins fellow former African Stars player Mbakondja Tjahikika, who signed for Platinum FC last year, continuing the growing presence of Namibian talent at the Zimbabwean outfit.
The move marks another international step in Ngaruka’s career as he links up with his new teammates ahead of the upcoming season.
