Official: Sua Flamingoes FC Sign Namibian Midfielder Natangwe Petrus on Two-Year Deal
Botswana Premier League side Sua Flamingoes FC have officially completed the signing of Namibian midfielder Natangwe Petrus from Unam FC on a two-year contract.
The 26-year-old defensive midfielder joins the Botswana outfit following an impressive 2025/2026 campaign with Unam FC, where he played a key role in the team’s success across domestic competitions.
Petrus enjoyed a productive season, contributing 11 goals in total, with six goals and five assists to his name. His performances were instrumental as Unam FC lifted the 2026 NFA Cup title and secured a seventh-place finish in the Namibia Premier Football League.
Known for his work rate, ball-winning ability and composure in midfield, Petrus now becomes the latest Namibian player to make a move across the border as he begins a new chapter with Sua Flamingoes FC.
The Botswana Premier League club will be hoping his experience and strong performances can strengthen their midfield ahead of the upcoming season.
