Three Men Arrested for Allegedly Damaging Police Vehicle in Karibib

Three men aged 22, 27, and 28 were arrested early Saturday morning in Karibib after they allegedly refused to follow police orders and later attacked a police vehicle.

According to the police, the incident happened around 03:00 at Blue Bar in the Usab suburb. The suspects reportedly ignored instructions to disperse, blocked the road with stones, and threw stones at a police vehicle.

As a result, the police vehicle’s canopy, body, and blue siren lamp were damaged. The trio was arrested on charges of obstructing police officers in the execution of their duties and malicious damage to property.

Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
