Usakos police are intensively questioning three suspects in connection with the death of Imolatria “Immo” Dominika Gaoses, whose half-naked body was discovered earlier on Friday, 14/11/2025 in a riverbed between the town centre and the Usakos Town Council premises.
Nampol spokesperson, Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, confirmed that the three individuals were detained shortly after the gruesome discovery. They were interrogated as part of efforts to establish their possible involvement in the killing. Their identities remain undisclosed as investigations continue.
Gaoses, a well-known resident of Usakos, was found with multiple stab wounds across her body. The discovery was made by a passer-by, who immediately alerted the authorities.
Forensic expert Nelius Becker was dispatched to the scene to assist detectives in gathering critical evidence that could link the suspects to the crime.
Police say they are pursuing all leads and have not ruled out the possibility of further arrests. The motive behind the killing is still unknown.
Authorities are urging anyone with additional information to come forward.
