Olivia Yacé, the Ivorian beauty who placed among the top five at Miss Universe 2025, has officially resigned from her title as Miss Universe Africa & Oceania. She has also announced that she will no longer maintain any ties with the Miss Universe Committee.
In a statement, Yacé explained that her decision stems from a commitment to her personal values, which include respect, dignity, and equal opportunity. She emphasized that staying true to these principles is essential for her growth and integrity, noting that her decision allows her to fully embrace her potential.
