Late Qatar Goal Seals 1–1 Draw Against Switzerland

Switzerland and Qatar played out a 1–1 draw after a late equaliser in stoppage time.
Breel Embolo gave Switzerland the lead in the 17th minute, finishing a strong early move to make it 1–0. Qatar stayed disciplined after going behind and gradually improved, especially in midfield as the game went on.
In the second half, both teams made several substitutions to change the flow of the match. Switzerland brought in players such as Zeki Amdouni, Ruben Vargas, Remo Freuler, Ricardo Rodriguez, and Ardon Jashari. Qatar also introduced attacking changes, including Karim Boudiaf and Ahmed Alaaeldin, as they searched for an equaliser.
Just when it seemed Switzerland would hold on for the win, Qatar struck in the 90+4th minute. Boualem Khoukhi scored from close range after a late attacking move involving Homam Ahmed, making it 1–1.
The match ended level, with Switzerland left disappointed after conceding late, while Qatar celebrated a hard-fought draw.
