Police in the Oshana Region are investigating a robbery in which a 55-year-old Italian resident was attacked and robbed shortly after returning from Oshikango in the Ohangwena Region
According to the Namibian Police, the incident occurred moments after the victim disembarked from a taxi in Okatana. Three unidentified suspects allegedly confronted him and fled with his laptop, cellphone, a pair of Sony speakers, and a bag containing important documents.
The suspects reportedly escaped in a grey seven-seater vehicle. No arrests have been made, and investigations are ongoing.
