African Stars & UNAM FC in CAF Action Today: Kick-Off Times & Where to Watch
Namibia’s two representatives in the 2026/27 CAF inter-club competitions begin their continental campaigns today, with both African Stars FC and UNAM FC facing away fixtures in their respective preliminary rounds.
Namibia Premier Football League champions African Stars FC will face Gabonese side AS Mangasport in the first leg of the CAF Champions League first preliminary round in Franceville, Gabon.
Kick-off is scheduled for 14:30. The return leg will take place on 12 September 2026.

Meanwhile, UNAM FC will make its historic debut in continental football when it takes on Angolan club Kabuscorp S.C.P. in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round.
UNAM earned its place in the competition after winning the NFA Cup, and will now look to make a strong first impression on the continental stage.
