Ohangwena Nampol Rewards Outstanding Players After Strong Season
Ohangwena Nampol Football Club held its awards ceremony on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, at the Eenhana Regional Police Headquarters.
Regional Commander and club chairperson Ottilie Kashuupulwa applauded the players, management and technical staff for their efforts and achievements during the season.
Ohangwena Nampol finished second in the North East First Division and are now preparing for the 2026/2027 season.
The club also recognised outstanding performers, with the following players receiving awards:
🏆 Player of the Season: Kafine Aron “Dele”, 27, centre-back
🏆 Most Disciplined Player: Tulondeni Josef “Kante”, 25, right-back
🏆 Goalkeeper of the Season: Nalukaku Michael “MJ”, 30
🏆 Long-Serving Player: Kauhonwa Martin “Junior”, 39, defensive midfielder
🏆 Young Player of the Season: Katindi Moses “Tangi”, 18, defensive midfielder
The award winners walked away with cash prizes and trophies in recognition of their contributions to the club.
