Black Hawks FC Begin Strengthening Squad Ahead of 2026/27 Season
Black Hawks FC have reportedly started reinforcing their squad ahead of the 2026/27 season as they aim to challenge for promotion from the Namibia First Division.
The Zambezi-based club is expected to face strong competition from newly promoted Bush Bucks FC, with both sides set to battle for success in the North East First Division (NEFD).
Among the players on Black Hawks FC’s radar is talented midfielder Zibiso Percy Muhamubi of Shooting Stars FC. Muhamubi was one of Shooting Stars’ standout performers last season, playing a key role in helping the club finish fourth in the Second Division.
Both Black Hawks FC and Bush Bucks FC will be aiming to make history by becoming the first club from the Zambezi Region to earn promotion to the Namibia Premier Football League.
Speaking previously to The Updated World, Black Hawks FC said their player recruitment strategy focuses heavily on identifying talent through football tournaments. The club also emphasized its commitment to developing professional footballers capable of competing at the highest levels of the game.
