KK United FC Eye Return of Former Striker Pius Haingura

KK United FC are reportedly interested in bringing former striker Pius Haingura Kapwita back to the club, with the player recently spotted training with the team in Nkurenkuru.
Despite his involvement in training, no transfer has been completed at this stage. Monaco FC have indicated that there have been no serious negotiations between the clubs so far, although KK United FC are understood to be interested in securing the striker’s services.
Haingura enjoyed a productive campaign with Monaco FC, finishing as the club’s top goalscorer. He also played a role in helping the team win the NFA Regional Preliminary rounds and finish among the top five sides in the league.
The striker is currently expected to join the Namibia U23 national team camp after being included in head coach John Sikerete’s provisional squad for the upcoming Olympic qualifiers against Angola.
Haingura previously played for KK United FC before moving to Rundu-based UNAM FC and later featuring for Cuca Tops in the Premier League. He eventually returned to his hometown club Monaco FC, where he continued his development in the Second Division.
