King Kauluma Palace FC are reportedly in talks with Botswana coach Enosi Mmesi over the possibility of becoming the club’s new head coach for the 2026/27 Namibia Premier Football League season, according to Footy Namibia.

Mmesi recently coached Dinare FC, guiding the club during the 2025/26 First Division South campaign.

Mmesi is also well known for his previous work with Extension Gunners. In 2018, he was in charge of the club during its Botswana Premier League campaign.

The experienced coach has worked with several teams across different levels of Botswana football, giving him experience in both top-flight and lower-division competition.

The possible appointment comes after KK Palace finished fifth in their first Namibia Premier Football League campaign following promotion. The club recorded 11 wins, 12 draws and seven defeats from 30 league matches, scoring 39 goals.

If the talks are successfully concluded, Mmesi would take charge of a Palace side looking to build on its first season in Namibia’s top flight and push for an improved position in the 2026/27 campaign.
