Flooded Schools in Kabe South Relocated to Ensure Students Resume Classes

In response to recent flooding in Kabe South, the Office of the Prime Minister in the Zambezi Region has announced that three affected schools Nankutwe, Mpukano, and Muzii will be relocated to ensure continuity of education.
Learners displaced by the floods will now attend Schuckmanburg Combined School in Luhonono, as well as Lusese Combined School. This move is part of a broader effort to minimize disruption and allow students to resume classes without further delay.
Authorities have also indicated that special holiday classes are being planned to help learners catch up on the two to three weeks of instruction lost due to the closures.

Officials stress that these measures are crucial for maintaining the academic calendar and supporting affected students.
