According to organisers, the prayer gathering will be held on 13 May 2026 at 15h00 under the bridge along the B1 Road/Western Bypass Road near the B1 Service Station opposite Katutura State Hospital.

The initiative is expected to focus on raising awareness about road safety, encouraging responsible driving behaviour and offering prayers for families affected by road crashes across the country.

Church leaders, community representatives and members of the public have been encouraged to attend the event as part of broader efforts to address the growing concern over road accidents in Namibia.

The event will be held under the theme scripture from Psalm 46, which states: “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
