Toddler Tragically Killed in Reversing Vehicle Incident at Uupindi

A heartbreaking incident unfolded yesterday afternoon in the Uupindi location of Oshakati, where a two-year-old boy lost his life after being accidentally struck by a reversing vehicle.

According to the Oshana Regional Police, the vehicle a Toyota Hilux was allegedly being driven in reverse by the child’s grandfather when the accident occurred. The boy was fatally injured on the spot.

Police investigations are ongoing, and the family has been notified.
