Man Allegedly Stabbed to Death After Argument in Otjomuise
A man was allegedly stabbed to death following an argument with a person known to him in Otjomuise, Windhoek, during the early hours of Saturday.
According to the Namibia Police weekend crime report, the incident was reported in Frankfurt Street, where the deceased had reportedly been with two friends.
Police said the group encountered a suspect who is known to the deceased and reportedly lives in the same area. An argument then allegedly developed between the deceased and the suspect.
During the confrontation, the suspect allegedly stabbed the man with a knife before fleeing the scene.
The man was pronounced dead following the incident. His next of kin have since been informed.
No arrest has been made at this stage, while police investigations into the circumstances surrounding the alleged stabbing are continuing.
