The Office of the Erongo Regional Governor’s Office has ordered M15 Mining Contractor to urgently report to regional authorities following allegations that CVs submitted by unemployed residents in Karibib were discarded.

In a statement shared on Facebook on Monday, 18 May 2026, the governor’s office said it had received “disturbing information” indicating that the contractor, reportedly operating under Osino Resources Corp., had collected CVs from local residents for both skilled and unskilled employment opportunities.

The matter also comes at a time when mining and construction activities are expanding in Erongo, with several projects expected to create employment opportunities for Namibians. Recent reports have highlighted ongoing mining developments linked to Osino Resources and other mining operations in the region.

No official response from M15 Mining Contractor had been issued by the time of publication.
